PROPERTY RENTALS
From October 2008 all rental properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before marketing begins.

The EPC provides tenants with a guide to the running costs (Heating, Lighting and Hot Water) and Landlords with voluntary recommendations,
to make their investments more attractive to the market.

Our local energy assessor can arrange surveys with your outgoing tenants to minimise any void periods.
EPC's are valid for 10 years for letting purposes.
